I added muscle and lost fat. Dr. Miley's body composition machine measures percentages of fat and muscle. When is started my muscle mass for my age was 72 percentile now I am in the 97 percentile. Where do I begin! I am literally the luckiest woman alive to have found Dr. MILEY and his caring team. They have focus and guided me through their program for a healthier life style and weight loss goals. Just when I had convinced myself that Going through the change in life had to be a miserable part of life. The weight gain, the hot flashes, the sleepless nights, the feeling of anxiety. Dr Miley has really helped me focus on the changes needed to be made in order to be successful with my weight loss journey through educational material and a nutritional program with medications needed to regulate thyroid and hormones. I feel like a new WOMAN. Not to mention the most amazing Nurse that assists him and is so supportive and encouraging and answers all my questions! Just being able to sleep again and not have anxiety for me is a win win, the rest is a bonus!
